Hey, I’m Makomichi. Short for Makano Michi, a made-up name for a Wolf Girl that's essentially my OC. I’m a gaming critic, movie critic, writer, developer, hostage, investigator, inventor, mastermind, and part-time private eye trying to take down the scam wave brought to you by Wolf Girls. Only one of these things is actually true.
Welcome to my café. We don’t serve coffee here because it’s too expensive, and I’m not sharing mine. Not even for money.
I’m into all kinds of entertainment, but what really gets me to sit down are anime (any genre, really) and games like the Soulsborne series, Zelda, Atelier, Resident Evil, Metal Gear, and others. I own some old consoles, a Switch , and I’m big on emulation too. I wouldn’t call myself a Nintendo fanboy, but it’s the company I’m most nostalgic for. I also game on PC.
Most of the time, I’m replaying Ocarina of Time, Majora’s Mask, Dark Souls II, Elden Ring, Atelier Ayesha, and the original Resident Evil 4. I also enjoy shooters, action games, platformers, and sim management games, but JRPGs are where my heart really is. I’m not exactly a retro enthusiast, but I like revisiting games I’ve already played, especially the ones I’m attached to.
As you probably realized, I'm really into Wolfgrills. It's not because of Spice and Wolf, as many people usually think. I'd argue my fascination with them is probably older than that, but I'm really thankful to Holo for helping normalize them further.
That said, I support freedom of speech. I’m pro-AI slop. And yeah, I genuinely believe intellectual property is a scam. If you’re not into that, we probably won’t vibe. I lean more to the right than the left. I’ve sat with and even "invaded" groups from pretty much every ideology. If I had to call it, I’m closest to a libertarian. Just don’t come at me preaching how to be a “real” one. I’m not into bootlicking, and maybe that’s exactly why I gravitate toward libertarianism in the first place. Bitcoin always, never crypto.
You can find me on Nostr. If you send a PM, it might take me a while to check it, so feel free to just tag me instead. And remember, it’s always nice to offer people some help if you think they’re in a predicament.
